Meet Fayaz Mohammed Property Investor

Hello! My name is Fayaz. I am a property investor and founder of better choice of living. I am born and raised in India and lives now in Bristol and invest in properties primarily in Bristol but also in other parts of UK.  

I have a portfolio of few Buy-to-let,HMO's and I also work with other investors and help local landlords to manage their Buy to let and HMO properties hands free for a fixed monthly return without any hassle of voids, maintenance costs and tenants.

One of my big hobbies is exercise. I train at least 3 times a week!!. I also like training on my spinning bike using online exercise apps like peloton especially during winters gives me no excuse of not going out to do exercise. I also used to play a lot of cricket but now more of a watcher and follows the game religiously. 

I also have another line of work as a freelance IT consultant. I have an experience of 10 years in software industry.This allowed me to indulge in another passion of mine which is natural farming. I have been fortunate enough to invest in India with like minded people whose mutual values are similar to mine to help farmers to switch to chemical free farming and it is my mission to continually help farmers and consumers to able to have food on their table free of chemicals.

Along the way I have met some amazing people, witnessed some beautiful cultures and have had some awesome experiences, which has certainly helped in my outlook on life.

I’m married to my gorgeous wife Shan, who is not only my best friend and critic but also wise head and steadying hand. She has an eye for detail across all aspects she’s also massively into gardening and interior decoration.

Finally we are fortunate to have our amazing son who just turned 2 and keep us on our toes! which is great, He is the main reason why I am in property.
